Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Farm Manager in Nyssa, OR
- Day shift (Hours and days off will vary and rotate)
- Monday- Sunday
- 40+ hours a week with 2 weeks off in the winter
- $33.65 P/H
Duties:
- Planning, managing and maintaining a farm’s daily operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm and the workers.
- Mentors the farm workers and directs them.
- Makes sure all equipment is functional and in good standing use at the farm.
- Schedules maintenance on equipment when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in irrigations/tractor maintenance and field operations is required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be drug-free
- Must wear appropriate boots
- Must complete background check
