Job Description

1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the farm, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards.
2. Plan and design facility agriculture projects, including greenhouse construction, automation systems, and irrigation system planning.
3. Monitor budget and cost control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Lead the team, including farm workers and technicians, to ensure efficient operations.
5. Regularly report project progress and operational status to senior management.
6. Ensure the farm complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
