We have an immediate need for an IT Field Operations Specialist in the Queens, NY area that is open to working 100% on-site and available for occasional weekend work and overnight travel. You would be responsible for a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. Examples of some of the Essential Responsibilities include: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance. Accurately document solutions related to complex issues. Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved. Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
