Finance & Insurance Manager Lewiston Motor Company is seeking an experienced, top-performing Automotive F&I Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional confidence, interpersonal skills, the ability to work as an integral part of our sales team, and the desire to exceed our client’s expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Overview vehicle financing options and warranty offers to customers based on credit
• approval and other sales-related information
• Process financing applications to secure approval for customers
• Discuss add-on services and features for customer vehicles
• Complete customer documentation for both financial approval and insurance processing
• Find and offer competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
• Ensure all customer documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Work with sales to help promote and cross-sell certain deals being offered
• Act as a liaison between customer, dealership and lending / loan institution
• Comply with all local, state and federal regulations

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in Finance / F&I manager or other equivalent position
• Previous automotive industry experience is NOT required
• Able to comfortably upsell products and services
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, via both email and phone
• Attention to detail and effective documentation skills
• Growth, Attention to Detail, and Community.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
