Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant

Location: Rego Park, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hr to $25/hr

About the Role

Join our Cardiology office as a Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant. In this position, you’ll use your clinical training to support patient care and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Your experience will help patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Record patient vital signs and complete detailed medical histories
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during cardiac evaluations and minor procedures
• Administer vaccinations and perform routine lab tests
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out
• Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms
• Address patient questions and clearly explain care instructions

Requirements

• Foreign Medical Graduate or Medical Assistant diploma required
• Outpatient or specialty practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
