About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Grinder• Pay Rate Range: $19-21/Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM.• Position Type: Temp to Hire Grinder Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Previous metal finishing or grinding experience.
3. Lifting 50lbs up to 75lbs team lift
4. Standing for long durations of time
5. Use power tools and be comfortable with them.
Grinder Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel. 
2. Polishing and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel.
3. Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
4. Other duties as assigned.
