Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general home improvement. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties

Diagnose problems and determine the best repair methods

Complete work orders efficiently and to a high standard

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work

Basic proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certifications a plus
