Job Description
- Lead cross-functional creative teams to deliver high-quality, multi-channel creative solutions that reinforce the corporate brand.
- Manage multiple complex and high-priority (Tier 1) projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Serve as project leader by coordinating creative campaigns and content that engage target audiences and improve brand awareness.
- Act as the central point of contact between business partners, internal teams, and external partners.
- Mentor junior staff and provide expertise in project management methodologies, coordination, and planning.
- Develop, document, and maintain project plans and ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation using project management software.
- Oversee project scope, budget, timeline, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with operations to provide project forecasting, tracking, reporting, and metrics oversight.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, escalating as necessary to leadership.
- Foster strategic partnerships and communication across departments to ensure project success and brand alignment.
- Participate in project evaluations and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Utilize creative agency experience, ideally in healthcare or related industries, to deliver effective marketing and advertising solutions.
