Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Drive revenue growth by engaging clients and promoting value-added compliance solutions.
  • Build & Manage Client Relationships – Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and long-term support.
  • Consultative & Value-Based Selling – Identify client needs, explain contract terms, and position MedPro Disposal’s solutions as the best fit.
  • Customer Retention & Growth – Monitor client accounts for churn risks and proactively enhance customer engagement.
  • Problem-Solving & Negotiation – Address client concerns, resolve service issues, and negotiate win-win solutions.
  • CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to deliver top-tier client solutions.
Qualifications
  • Sales & Account Management Experience – 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Strong CRM proficiency and the ability to leverage data for client engagement.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage decision-makers, explain complex solutions, and close deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and love hitting targets.
  • Passion for Client Success – A commitment to delivering top-tier service and building long-term relationships.
