We are currently looking for a home care provider in Southern NH.
Residential Resources is looking for Home Care Providers who live in the Southern NH Area (Greater Manchester/Nashua/Concord).
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Providers to support individuals in their home. This is a contracted position, ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support with money management, including budgeting
- Provide assistance with employment-related tasks
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Accompany and assist with medical appointments
- Provide assistance with meal planning and preparation
- Complete weekly/monthly Medicaid required paperwork in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Providers must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
- An acceptable criminal history and other background checks are required
