Job Description
Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Hospice trained Certified Nursing Assistants to assist with or Senior Client who resides in Attleboro.
Available Shifts: 12-hour shifts
Daily: 8a-8p, 8p-8a
CNA Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, nail care, oral hygiene, and skin integrity maintenance.
- Monitoring vital signs
- Encouraging fluids, documenting what has been consumed
- Adhering to infection control protocols.
- Administering scheduled, on time Hospice Medication, if needed
- Housekeeping support: change linens, assist with laundry, cleaning the bathroom
- Engaging with your client in conversations
- Skilled in assisting with transfers, operating lifts if required
- Proficient in dementia care.
- Proficient in Hospice care
- Competently documenting shift activities every 1-2 hours by digitally using a smartphone
- Certified Nursing Assistant would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
