The Turn House is located at the Hobbit's Glen Golf Club in the heart of Columbia, MD is seeking Hosts/Hostesses to join our family!

Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Salary: From $15 per hour.

Position Overview:

The Host/Hostess is responsible for being the first point of contact with our customers and is expected to give a positive first impression of our establishment which offers excellent service and high-quality dining experience.
Our Host/Hostess is expected to be interactive with our guests, have in-depth knowledge of all prices and menu items, answer incoming calls and handle appropriately and efficiently.
You will also fill in where needed to assist serving staff.

Essential Job Functions:

Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
Responsible, trustworthy and a team player.
Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment, meeting customers’ demands in an accurate and timely fashion with a positive attitude.
Must be able to multi-task.
Always provides excellent customer service in person or via phone.
Have excellent communication and listening skills.
Consistently meet all established time goals.
Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - days, evenings and weekends.
