The Hotel Maintenance Engineer is primarily responsible for hotel facilities maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and lobby guest areas of the hotel; perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly is a must.  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience recommended, with hotel experience preferred
• Ability to use power tools safely
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Value and follow through on attention to detail
• Possess good math skills
• Resourcefulness to stay organized and independently on task
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift as well as push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Primary shift is 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am).
