What You’ll Do
As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience while learning the JD Service Now way of doing things — the right way.
You will:
- Assist technicians in delivering high-quality customer service
- Use and maintain company tools and equipment properly
- Learn and apply JD Service Now methods and safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Attend classroom training, coaching meetings, and required check-ins
- Complete coursework and skills development tasks within assigned timelines
- Represent and promote JD Service Now Core Values in your daily work
- Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
What It Takes to Succeed
This role is a fit for someone motivated and excited to build a trade career. You:
- Have strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation)
- Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Are comfortable working indoors/outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions
- Have basic safety awareness and commitment to safe practices
- Show enthusiasm for learning — every single day
- Demonstrate reliability, good timekeeping, and teamwork
- Are willing to complete all required training and certifications
- Have basic computer skills
