Description We're Hiring an Instructional Design Manager! Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and leading a dynamic team? Car-Mart is looking for an Instructional Design Manager to oversee our Content Development team and drive innovative training solutions!
What You’ll Do - Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality learning programs.
- Collaborate with the Director of Associate Development and subject-matter experts.
- Mentor and support the Content Development team.
- Ensure training content meets employees’ needs and drives growth.
- Oversee digital and in-person learning solutions.
- Maintain content standards and ensure consistent quality.
What You’ll Need - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience developing and managing training programs.
- Strong skills in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and project management.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
