INSULATION INSTALLER – WEATHERIZATION TECHNICIAN (RESIDENTIAL)

This position consists of installing attic and wall insulation (fiberglass batt, blown, and cellulose), air sealing, and applying spray foam insulation to residential homes. We’re a family-owned and operated company and are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our work fam!
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Job Responsibilities:
- Job site preparation
- Removing old insulation with removal machine
- Installing attic and wall insulation (fiberglass batt, blown, and cellulose), air sealing, and applying spray foam insulation
- Job site cleanup
- Maintenance and repair of equipment
- Inventory of material and supplies
- Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding
- Able to be on your feet all day.
- Work outside and inside
- Pull heavy weighted hoses
- Climb ladders, and not afraid of heights
- Ability to wear a respirator when needed
- Lift at least 50 pounds
