This position can be remote anywhere in the USA or Canada
Responsibilities
Define and develop a brand strategy for Pelco that outlines how to best position Pelco in the marketplace as a camera-first portfolio with best-in-class direct-to-cloud analytics, through brand campaigns, brand activations, brand narrative messaging and more.
Manage the overall brand architecture and messaging for Pelco, across all channels including campaigns, website, social media, events, email marketing and other marketing activities.
Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital Performance, Channel Enablement, Regional Marketing and Content teams from marketing, as well as key leaders in our Sales organization to ensure alignment of our brand across all marketing activities for Pelco.
Responsible for reporting up to leadership on key metrics and initiatives.
Work cross functionally across departments, as necessary, to ensure the brand is represented according to defined guidelines.
Desirable experience and skills:
A Bachelor's degree or postsecondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.
4+ years progressive marketing experience with a focus on brand stewardship, brand messaging and brand evolution.
Excellent writing skills through storytelling, brand narrative messaging etc.
Experience using analytics and other data driven performance measures to track results.
Proven background and experience in planning and executing brand campaigns.
Excellent team collaborator with a desire to work cross functionally.
Self-starter with a track record of helping build amazing brands.
Minimum of Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of experience
