Practice Type: Independent Partner (100% Outpatient)
Location: Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk Counties)
Offices: North Babylon, Massapequa, Coram, Plainview, Levittown
Compensation: 25% of Profits ( K1 Model - Must have patient following)
Schedule: Flexible / Make Your Own Hours

Requirements:
- Licensure: NYS RN & NP license, BLS, and Board Certification.
- Education: BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
- Specialization: Must be trained in Internal Medicine.
- Experience: Must have clinical experience; we are not considering new graduates.
- Location: Preference for candidates based in Long Island with an established patient following or those retiring from private practice.
