Internal Medicine Physician (IM)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range from $163,200 to $195,000, depending on experience
• Health insurance with multiple plan options:
  • PPO Plan ($1,000 deductible): Employee-only premium $112.78 per paycheck
  • High-Deductible HSA Plan ($3,500 deductible): Employee-only premium $94.69 per paycheck
  • HMO Plan ($0 deductible): Employee-only premium $83.41 per paycheck
• Dental insurance:
  • PPO: Employee-only premium $10.20 per paycheck
  • DHMO: Employee-only premium $1.96 per paycheck
• Vision insurance: Employee-only premium $3.80 per paycheck
• 403(b) retirement plan with salary deferral, 0.25% match for every 1% contributed (up to 4%) and 2% profit-sharing contribution
• 44 total days off per year including holidays, CME, and personal/sick time
• $3,000 in CME reimbursement plus 5 CME days annually
• Malpractice insurance provided at no cost (occurrence-based policy with no tail coverage needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide adult primary care in a full-scope outpatient setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (Athena)
• Participate in rotating call coverage (weekday evenings only)
• Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, and specialty service providers onsite
• Support care delivery within an integrated FQHC setting
• Commit to closing care gaps and meeting quality benchmarks
• Work one evening per week and one Saturday every four weeks
• May serve as a collaborating physician for 1–2 APPs

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Current DEA certificate and CPR certification
• Minimum of one year experience preferred
