Salary: $43,680 - 43,680 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking IT Help Desk Support Agents with strong customer service abilities. You will need to demonstrate effective communication and comprehension skills to accurately understand customer needs. It is important to produce precise, detailed documentation at the level of the client, problem, and incident. An understanding of technology is necessary and the capacity to apply this knowledge to support existing systems is essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to commute to South Jordan, UT and, if needed, relocate prior to the start of employment.

Responsibilities:

• As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for users reaching out to our IT Service Desk. You will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support concerning enterprise software and hardware. Your duties will include assessing, triaging, researching, training, and resolving incidents related to application software products and/or infrastructure components in a dynamic environment. You will assist in identifying and working with internal end users to provide guidance and support, as well as conduct investigations, diagnoses, resolutions, and recovery for hardware and software problems. Furthermore, you will be involved in installing, modifying, cleaning up, running diagnostic programs, and repairing computer hardware and software, all while maintaining professionalism whether communicating over the phone, through online chat, or in person.
