Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of all systems.
**Candidates must be in the Hampton Roads/Peninsula VA area to be considered**
Responsibilities
- End-user support for 40-50 Android phones and 40-50 computers
- Manage WinSoft Mobile Tech for HVAC technicians
- Administer Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365
- Oversee Windows 10-11 migration in 2025
- Support remote users with VPN
- Utilize Hyper-V for server management
- Guide transition to SharePoint
- Implement Intune for PC automation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and server management
- Excel
- SQL Reporting Services
- Experience with T-SQL for database management is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are preferred but not mandatory
