The QTI Group is excited to partner with the a Madison-based performing arts organiation to hire their next Systems Administrator . This role will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure and will play a key role in ensuring network stability, performance and security.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage endpoint management systems including patches, deployments and upgrades
- Install, configure and monitor networking equipment for wired and wireless systems
- Maintain and manage backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery when needed
- Manage operating systems (Linux, Windows Server) including configuration, upgrades and testing
- Perform IT asset management for all internal users
- Manage ticketing system to monitor and track networking, hardware and software issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an IT setting providing end-user support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Knowledge of the administration of Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Experience with virtualization platforms and ticketing systems
