Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable janitor/handyman. This person will be responsible for general cleaning of all office suites, restrooms, classrooms, common areas, playground, and also some other general work as needed.
This position is 16-40 hours per week depending on availability and willingness to take on other responsibilities.
Must be flexible with scheduling. Can discuss schedule at interview.
Job requirements
- High level of work ethic, reliable, responsible, professionalism, be friendly and accommodating.
- Physically able to be on your feet during work; walking, bending, stooping, reaching.
- Must have ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete on a daily basis.
- Basic maintenance knowledge.
- Must be able to lift over 50 Lbs.
- Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Clean background check.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Handyman: 1 year (Preferred)
Education
- High school or equivalent ( required )
