Job Description

:

1. Handle basic documents and transactional content
2. Responsible for docking logistics services, supplier customer service services, tracking pickup and cargo inquiries and other issues.
3. Responsible for customer questions, actively answer and track for customers. Regularly report customer feedback to superiors.
4. Assist in handling customs clearance, data operation summary and other businesses.
