Description We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, love working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy bringing visuals to life across multiple formats, this is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative team.
As a Temporary Part Time Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from marketing materials to event graphics and visual merchandising mockups. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to develop compelling, on-brand designs that make an impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys problem-solving through design, and is eager to push their skills to the next level.
Key Responsibilities - Design & Composite – Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Visual Merchandising Mockups – Develop and present creative concepts that bring ideas to life.
- Event Graphics – Design compelling visuals for events with quick turnaround times.
- Brand Consistency – Work closely with the team to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all projects.
- Creative Collaboration – Adapt to various design needs and provide creative support across departments.
Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work (required).
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)- Experience in retouching.
- Knowledge of 3D design, CAD, or other design tools.
- Background in visual merchandising or event graphics.
The starting hourly range for this position in the selected city is $25.00 - $31.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
