We build tools that make complex systems simple for  teachers, administrators, parents, and students.

Role Description

We’re looking for a  Junior SaaS Developer with solid PHP and Laravel skills to help build and enhance Frogtummy’s growing platform.You’ll work across the stack — developing features, improving existing modules, and supporting a system used by schools every day.

You’ll collaborate with a small, creative team where your ideas matter. This role offers plenty of room to learn, experiment, and grow your skills while contributing to meaningful software that impacts real schools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain  PHP/Laravel applications for our SaaS platform
• Collaborate on new features that improve school operations and family experiences
• Work in the  Linux command line for server management and automation
• Implement clean, accessible front-end interfaces with  HTML and jQuery
• Manage and optimize data in  Postgres
• Use  Git (Bitbucket)for version control and collaboration
• Contribute ideas that improve performance, scalability, and stability

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional or project-based experience with  PHP/Laravel
• Understanding of  Postgres  and database structure
• Working knowledge of the  Linux command line
• Basic front-end skills with  HTML and jQuery
• Comfortable using  Git (Bitbucket)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn, communicate clearly, and think creatively about system design
• Located in  Utah (Logan → Provo or nearby) for occasional in-person collaboration
