Who is Fusion Technology?

Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern residing in the heart of the beautiful mountainsides of West Virginia, steps away from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division's Headquarters. Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.

Position Location: Remote

Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional : You are able to obtain and maintain a government issued public trust clearance.

Education is important to us: A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred with 1-3 years of experience.

Experience is important to us: Experience analyzing security standards and guidelines. Has experience with threat monitoring and data protection. Has experience handling security events and reporting. Familiar with network protocols, firewalls, disaster recovery and security best practices. Has worked with security tools such as Splunk, Tenable, Cyberark, or similar.

Certifications: Either a Security + CE, CASP, CISSP, GCIA, CISM, CISA or another certification that is the equivalent.

What you'll do:

• Provides technical knowledge and analysis of information security standards and guidelines.
• Monitors network activity for threats and ensure data is protected from unauthorized users.
• Solves complex technical problems and conducts detailed security event analysis.
• Identify threats and advanced knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, disaster recovery operations and security best practices.
