Job Description
Grads Photography has an in-house portrait printing facility, and we are looking for qualified individuals to help run our customer support team alongside post-production. We are looking for a motivated team player with flexibility, strong attention to detail, and customer service skills. Looking to hire immediately.
Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications for the position:
- Available to work Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (hours may vary).
- Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.).
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, and execute proper customer follow-up when necessary.
- Provide customer service support through phone calls and emails.
- Order entry.
- Process and package customer orders.
- Quality control and attention to detail - verify orders are entered and printed correctly.
- Shipping and receiving.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good time management skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects.
Recommended Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is a HUGE plus.
- Bilingual (Preferred).
- Data entry experience preferred.

Utilizing digital photography and an in-house lab, we have expanded into the elementary and high school picture market with tremendous growth due to superior service and quality products. We currently service over 140 schools with Portraits and yearbooks.
