Job Title: Landscape Architect

Location: Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (0–5+ years)

Compensation: $70K-125K Based on Experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our multidisciplinary design team in Murfreesboro, TN . This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including educational campuses, healthcare facilities, industrial parks, residential developments, and municipal landscapes . The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable design, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and documentation of landscape architecture projects

  • Prepare site analysis, concept design, construction documents, and planting plans

  • Support senior staff in project management and client communication

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate landscape design with other disciplines

  • Conduct site visits for project assessments, construction observation, and documentation

  • Maintain awareness of local zoning, environmental regulations, and ADA compliance

  • Participate in community engagement processes when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program

  • 0–5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related field

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Land F/X, Lumion, Rhino, or GIS is a plus

  • Strong graphic, design, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team

  • Licensure or working toward Landscape Architect licensure (preferred but not required)
