The Role:

We are in search of an accomplished Lead React Native Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering complex, scalable mobile applications. In this role, you will be a key force driving the architecture and development of sophisticated mobile solutions that are both flexible and highly configurable, catering to the diverse needs of our clientele. Your expertise in multi-tenant applications, modular deployments, and CI/CD pipelines will be paramount in shaping our product strategy at scale.

Additionally, if your experience includes contributing to or even owning the development of low-code/no-code platforms or white-labeled apps, this role will provide a unique opportunity to leverage that expertise at a senior level.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and Innovate: Design and implement scalable mobile applications using React Native, emphasizing architecture that supports extensive configurability and modularity.

• Lead and Mentor: Serve as the technical lead within cross-functional teams, guiding backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver extendable features with exceptional user experiences.

• Optimize at Scale: Lead efforts to optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality under varying client demands.

• Drive Innovation: Introduce and integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of mobile application development and enhance overall user experience.

• Resolve Complex Technical Challenges: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of intricate issues to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality user experiences.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React Native, particularly in building and architecting modular, scalable applications.

• Skills: Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript / Typescript and experience with Redux, RESTful APIs, and mobile app deployment. Experience with SDK development is a plus.

• Design Eye: A refined eye for design and the principles of user experience, coupled with a commitment to crafting intuitive, configurable user interfaces.

• Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges with an innovative, proactive approach.

• Leadership in Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills in English, with a proven ability to lead and inspire remote teams effectively.

Location:

You must be in Austin, Texas to be considered for this role. This role is expected to be performed fully in-office.
