A top-notch law firm in the Beverly Hills area is looking to add a Legal Secretary/ Paralegal to their team. This firm has been well established and the staff has excellent tenure. Requirements/ Job Duties:

* 4+ years in the legal field as a legal secretary and/or paralegal
* Calendaring
* Filings- State and Federal
* File Clerk/ Management experience
* Preparing of Trial Binders
* Ability to work on-site Monday- Friday in Beverly Hills
