Licensed Practical Nurse.

 

Job Details:

• Serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility
• W2 position
• $150 Sign-On Bonus after completion of 40 hours in the first week
• Weekly Pay

Requirements:

• State Certified LPN or RN License from Virginia
• Negative TB test
• BLS/CPR certification
• Covid Vaccination
• Valid Driver's license
• Hepatitis B Vaccine Record
• Good references

Responsibilities:

• Performs designated job duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.
• Participates in the development of an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Implements the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care according to biophysical, psycho-social, and age-specific needs.
• Monitor patient/resident outcomes and report abnormal findings to the Assistant Clinical Manager/Supervisor.
• Administers specified medications according to established standards and policies.
• Documents patient's status according to the unit-specific procedure.
• Maintains educational requirements as required by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Documents according to federal and state regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

• LTC - A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Long Term Care Facility is required
