Licensed Practical Nurse. Job Details:
- Serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility
- W2 position
- $150 Sign-On Bonus after completion of 40 hours in the first week
- Weekly Pay
Requirements:
- State Certified LPN or RN License from Virginia
- Negative TB test
- BLS/CPR certification
- Covid Vaccination
- Valid Driver's license
- Hepatitis B Vaccine Record
- Good references
Responsibilities: - Performs designated job duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.
- Participates in the development of an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Implements the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care according to biophysical, psycho-social, and age-specific needs.
- Monitor patient/resident outcomes and report abnormal findings to the Assistant Clinical Manager/Supervisor.
- Administers specified medications according to established standards and policies.
- Documents patient's status according to the unit-specific procedure.
- Maintains educational requirements as required by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
- Documents according to federal and state regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.
Education Requirements: - Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
