Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver direct patient care in collaboration with RNs across various clinical units. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment while expanding your clinical experience in Upstate New York.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely in patient records
Requirements:
Active NYS LPN license
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
