Job Description:

The Social Worker is responsible for providing crisis intervention, psychotherapy, family therapy, and comprehensive case management services for assigned patients/residents and their families.
This position may also lead or assist with the referral and admission process for assigned new referrals and provides technical guidance to doctors, other hospital staff, and outside agencies on the methods and procedures for handling a particular case, within State and Federal guidelines.
Position requires travel to and from other facilities within the region.
