Position Details: Live-In.
Live-In Details: Building a maid's quarters attached to pool house. May live in guest bedroom until completed.
Days: Tue - Sat.
Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per Year.
Start Date: 9/15/2025
A Greensboro , NC family is looking for an experienced housekeeper to maintain their home to a high standard of cleanliness and organization . The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in creating a clean, orderly environment. There is a dog in the home.
Main Work Duties:
- Cleaning the house daily.
- Laundry.
- Maintaining pantry and refrigerator inventory.
- Maintaining floral arrangements.
- Serving meals and drinks to guests.
- Feeding and letting out dog.
- Meal prep: Mainly just helping prep food, such as chopping vegetables. Making smoothies or juice.
- May need to travel with the family.
Required Qualities:
- Ability to host and serve guests in a refined manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Discreet and professional.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Animal friendly.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of nanny and housekeeping experience in a private home.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
