Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed nurse who genuinely loves working with the elderly to join our team. This role focuses on routine client assessments and medication management, with a schedule designed to fit easily into your life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments for clients.
- Review, organize, and refill medications every two weeks.
- Communicate observations or changes in condition to families and care team.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with caregivers and leadership as needed.
- Provide calm, respectful, and compassionate care to older adults.
Schedule & Flexibility:

Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license (Missouri).
