Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Larimore, ND 58251
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:15 AM, 3x12s, 36 hours/week)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: May 5, 2025

Pay Rate:

• Travel: $1,728 weekly ($48 per hour)

• Local: $36 $38 per hour

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of SNF/LTC experience

• Active North Dakota LPN License

• BLS Certification

Duties:

• Assume responsibility for patient care under the supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON

• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan

• Maintain resident/patient safety and supervise nursing assistants and helpers

• Follow facility policies and procedures

• Comply with State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards (where applicable)
