Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Larimore, ND 58251
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:15 AM, 3x12s, 36 hours/week)

Travel: $1,728 weekly ($48 per hour)
Local: $36 $38 per hour
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of SNF/LTC experience
Active North Dakota LPN License
BLS Certification
Duties:
Assume responsibility for patient care under the supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON
Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan
Maintain resident/patient safety and supervise nursing assistants and helpers
Follow facility policies and procedures
Comply with State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards (where applicable)
