As a Process Engineer III, you will play a key role in improving our manufacturing processes, leading engineering projects, and driving operational excellence. You'll work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for plastic components using injection molding techniques
Lead and manage capital projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, equipment selection, and installation
Analyze process data and make recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and Production
Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues in a timely manner
Stay current with new technologies and trends in plastics and process engineering
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within the plastics industry
Strong experience in injection molding is a must
Proven track record in managing capital projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and project management skills
