As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee , you’ll receive full paid training and mentorship while learning the ins and outs of campaign operations. From supporting nonprofit brand activations to leading event teams, you’ll gain the skills needed to advance into a full-time leadership or management position within 6–12 months.
Assist with in-store promotions and community-based nonprofit fundraising events
Get cross-trained in event marketing, donor engagement, and public outreach
Help manage day-to-day campaign logistics, including event setup and team coordination
Take early leadership responsibilities by supervising event teams and supporting campaign goals
Collaborate with nonprofit partners and host venues to deliver successful, high-impact campaigns
Help launch new territories and outreach events as we grow across the region
