Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support various marketing functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with a background in marketing, advertising, or a related field. This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for someone with some knowledge of marketing but eager to develop their skills in a professional setting.

 

Job Description

  • Assist in organizing local and national industry trade shows to showcase company products.
  • Help enhance and develop our digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our ingredients and products are positioned optimally.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral including presentations, e-blasts, brochures, advertisements, and communications to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience working in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • This role requires on-site work during the training period, with the potential to transition to remote work afterward based on performance.
  • Competitive hourly pay with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and business needs.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (recent graduates preferred).

 

Pay Rate

  • $27.50 per hour
