Medical Director

A Medical Director is needed in Jacksonville, FL.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $280,000 – $300,000
• Annual Bonus Incentives: Total compensation exceeding $300,000+
• Paid Time Off: 33 days per year
• CME: $3,500 annual stipend + 1 week of CME leave

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday schedule | Clinic hours 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to a team of Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• Maintain a small patient panel of 60–90 patients to ensure quality over volume
• Deliver compassionate, comprehensive care to senior patients with complex chronic conditions
• Participate in structured leadership development programs covering operations, financial performance, and medical management
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance
• Ensure compliance with value-based care standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care (geriatrics preferred)
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with electronic health records
• Must be able to travel locally and regionally as needed
