Salary: $23.86 - $30.84 per hour*
*Hourly rate is inclusive of a $1.00 per hour salary stipend and a $1.00 per hour direct care stipend. Applicants with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificates, and who are on the State's CNA registry, will be paid an additional $.50 per hour.

Job Overview:
This Mental Health Worker III Treatment Mall Facilitator position on the Harbor Mall is designed to assist with overseeing and coordinating all daily operations at the Harbor Mall to assure efficiency and to assist in group development and research. In collaboration with the other Harbor Mall and unit staff, this position will assist in providing a safe, welcoming and therapeutically supportive environment with the goal of promoting recovery.
Some of the core responsibilities of this job include facilitating at least 3 groups per day for patients admitted to RPC for whom Harbor Mall groups have been prescribed. Developing curriculum for these groups, and assisting other facilitators when asked. Documenting each patient's involvement, focusing on level of participation as well as responses to the materials presented in the groups. Working collaboratively with Harbor Mall staff to ensure all daily assignments are completed, needs are met, and the Harbor Mall remains a safe, therapeutic environment for all.
Minimum Qualifications:
Four (4) years of education and/or progressively responsible experience which would provide knowledge and abilities in the treatment of individuals with mental illness and development disabilities.
