Microsoft Power Apps Developer 

Location: Onsite at Smartbridge Office and Onsite at Client location as needed– Houston, TX 
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Salary: $80K - $115K Annual Salary

To support this mission, we are seeking a Microsoft Power Apps Developer with expertise in Power Apps, Python, and SQL to develop and implement intelligent automation solutions, primarily using the Microsoft Power Platform and O365. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities 

Power Apps Development 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps solutions to meet business needs. 

• Create intuitive user interfaces and workflows using Power Apps formula language and expressions. 

• Integrate Power Apps with SQL databases, SharePoint, and external data sources. 

• Implement security and governance best practices within Power Apps. 

Automation & Process Improvement 

• Utilize Power Automate and Python to automate business processes and streamline workflows. 

• Develop SQL scripts for data retrieval, transformation, and integration with Power Apps. 

Collaboration & Implementation 

• Partner with business analysts, end-users, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives. 

• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform adoption. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve Power Apps, automation, and data integration issues. 

• Stay updated on the latest Power Platform, Python, and SQL advancements to improve solutions. 

• Travel to client sites as needed. 

Required Qualifications 

✔ Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer with a portfolio of successful projects. 
✔ Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). 
✔ Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting. 
✔ Experience with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL) and data modeling. 
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
✔ Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions. 
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications 

⭐ Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, etc.). 
⭐ Oil & Gas industry experience. 
⭐ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory).
