Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Specialist to support our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in streamlining sales operations, ensuring timely and accurate quote generation, managing RFQ due dates, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Quotation Support Track and coordinate Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring all approvals are completed and deadlines are met. Prepare and manage sales quotes in a timely and accurate manner. Track and process quote renewals and updates Contract Review Review POs for accuracy and compliance prior to submission for contract review. Sales Kits Manage and submit Product Sample requests Work with product managers to develop product sales kits based on emerging market trends HubSpot Web Lead Routing Manage incoming web leads through HubSpot. Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives for timely follow-up. Lunch & Learn Coordination Plan and coordinate customer-facing events such as lunch and learns, including scheduling, invitations, and logistical support. Customer Expedites Act as the main point of contact for customer expedite requests, working with internal teams to meet critical delivery timelines. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field). 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer support. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly preferred). Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
