Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the home financing process, build lasting relationships, and help borrowers find the best mortgage solutions to meet their needs. This position offers unlimited earning potential , comprehensive training, and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and prospective clients
- Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase and refinance transactions
- Educate borrowers on loan options, rates, terms, and the mortgage process
- Collect, analyze, and review borrower documentation to determine loan eligibility
- Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with all regulatory guidelines
- Communicate consistently with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth loan process from application to closing
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production goals
Qualifications
- Active NMLS license (required or ability to obtain)
- Previous mortgage, lending, banking, or sales experience preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
