A hospital on the Island of Oahu is in search of a new Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will report directly to the attending Neonatologist and Director of the NICU. Supported by multiple Nurses, this person will play a key role in the treatment and care of patients in a Level III NICU setting.
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will play the crucial role of providing medical care to the neonatal population. They will also be responsible for performing specialized procedures on high-risk patients as well as develop care plans for these infants. The Nurse Practitioner will need to be able to diagnose, perform physical exams, and communicate efficiently with parents and the rest of the NICU team to be able to elevate care if needed or treat ailments. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience as an NNP, and licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Prescribe Medication.
