Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team, working with skilled professionals within 7 Facilities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to superior neonatal care in Level III NICUs with a strong Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) referral base, emphasizing patient safety and care quality.
Deliver exceptional care in a Level III NICU setting, focusing on neonatal pathophysiology.
Collaborate effectively with a team of Neonatologists and other healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and equitable work environment.
Implement autonomous clinical decision-making skills to provide comprehensive care.
Engage in proactive teamwork , participating in continuous improvement efforts.
Uphold a fair and inclusive approach in all patient and team interactions.
Strong Level III NICU expertise with a preferred 3+ years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
Comprehensive understanding of neonatal pathophysiology .
Ability to actively contribute to a strong team dynamic .
Competitive compensation range of $120,000 to $145,000.
Up to $30K Start Date Bonus and up to $10K Relocation Bonus.
