GoEngineer is looking for a NetSuite Support Analyst to join our team. GoEngineer is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT and has sales and training centers throughout the United States and Canada. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and career path options, in a casual work environment.

The NetSuite Support Analyst focuses on the maintenance and support of our company's ERP system. The ideal candidate will be proficient in NetSuite and Excel, with strong data transformation abilities and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in sales operations is highly valued.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• ERP Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the company's NetSuite ERP system.
• Data Loading: Manage and execute data loading processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration.
• NetSuite Report Creation: Develop and generate reports to support business operations and decision-making.
• NetSuite Customization Additions: Implement customizations within NetSuite to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the NetSuite system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Data Quality Research: Cross reference peripheral systems to identify discrepancies and stage mass data updates.
• Knowledge Base Maintenance: Own internal documentation of NetSuite customizations.
• Project Support: Collaborate with engineers and developers on large-scale projects, providing necessary support and expertise.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

• 1-3 years proven experience in a CRM/ERP Support Role.
• 1-3 years proven experience with NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel knowledge. Ability to interpret Excel sheets used throughout the company to explore automation potential. Ability to transform data, merge data, and use PowerQuery extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration, Accounting, or Business. Or, demonstrated work history of successful system administration and ERP Support.
• Extra points for: Experience in PowerBI, SQL queries, NetSuite Administrator Certification.
