The Product Specialist (PS5) will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on enterprise systems with advanced skills in WebSphere Application Server , cloud administration (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), and containerized platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

The role involves managing large-scale, multi-platform environments, supporting CI/CD automation, and ensuring high availability and security across the infrastructure.

• Administer, upgrade, and secure WebSphere Application Servers on AIX/Linux.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Implement and manage containerized solutions using Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, or Python .
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Nexus, or Git .
• Monitor and optimize system performance with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Azure Monitor .
• Manage SSL, SSO, and other enterprise security configurations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and troubleshoot critical production incidents.

• WebSphere Administration (installations, upgrades, performance tuning)
• Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform cloud expertise
• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
• Containerization (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
• Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and SSL configurations

• IBM WebSphere
• Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes
• Microsoft Azure / AWS Certified
• AIX / Unix / Linux Administration

• Experience with MuleSoft, RabbitMQ, Prometheus
• Salesforce or Adobe Enterprise integration knowledge
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices

• 10 years experience
• Required Experience administering platforms like MuleSoft, RabbitMQ, Docker / Podman, Promethus, Azure CI / CD.
• Required 8 Years Experience deploying Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, etc. both in on-prem and cloud.
• Required 8 Years Azure repos and Azure DevOps experience Highly desired
• hands-on experience in a multi-tier and multi-platform enterprise class environments.
• Required 10 Years advanced skills in administering WebSphere Application Server, cloud system administration and containerized applications
• Require Highly available vertical / horizontal scaling, disaster recovery capabilities
• Required 10 Years Certified in WebSphere, AIX / Unix, Linux, Azure CI/CD, Azure or AWS. RedHat Open Shit, Docker, Python, Windows Power Shell and JavaScript Highly desired
• Install, configure and deploy new WebSphere application servers on AIX and Linux
• Required 8 Years 4 Year college degree or equivalent Computer Science
