- Role Type: W2 only; no sponsorship available
- Location: Onsite in Denton, TX (local candidates only)
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Redhat OpenShift platform environments (production & non-production)
- Install and configure software components for business applications, including databases, middleware, and client-side elements
- Collaborate with Application and IT teams to create and update documentation, implementation standards, and processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installation and operational issues, ensuring optimal application performance
- Manage changes and upgrades in environments, following change management procedures and updating documentation
- Define and analyze monitoring of critical system components and scheduled tasks
- Investigate and resolve root causes of technical issues, collaborating with other teams as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert-level knowledge/experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift administration
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability and willingness to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
- Basic knowledge/experience in:
- Gitlab CI/CD
- Helm deployment and debugging
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and NIST 800-171
- ITIL best practices
